Can I create an HVAC invoice on site?
Yes. Billr runs on iPhone, Android and the web. Add the parts and labour on your phone and email the invoice with a PDF attached before you leave the customer.
Can my customers pay an HVAC invoice by card?
Connect your own Stripe account or PayPal and the invoice email gets a Pay Invoice button, so your customer can pay by card or PayPal right away. Billr takes no fee on these payments; you only pay Stripe's or PayPal's own fees. On paid plans Billr can also remind customers automatically when an invoice is overdue.
Can I send a quote for an installation first?
Yes. Send the quote as a link; your customer signs it online or declines it. A signed quote becomes an invoice with one tap.
Does the HVAC billing app work without internet?
Yes. Billr works fully offline: the timer keeps running and every change is saved on your phone, then syncs as soon as you are back online.
