Yes. Create the invoice on your phone, add the treatment and send it by email with a PDF attached before you leave. The customer can sign on your screen.
Can I bill follow-up visits quickly?
Yes. Save your follow-up visit as an item, or duplicate the last invoice for that customer and adjust it.
Can customers pay a pest control invoice by card?
Connect your own Stripe account or PayPal and the invoice email gets a Pay Invoice button, so your customer can pay by card or PayPal right away. Billr takes no fee on these payments; you only pay Stripe's or PayPal's own fees. On paid plans Billr can also remind customers automatically when an invoice is overdue.
Does Billr work in crawl spaces without signal?
Yes. Billr works fully offline: the timer keeps running and every change is saved on your phone, then syncs as soon as you are back online.
