Delete your Billr account
Close your account and remove your data, in the app or by email.

You can permanently delete your Billr account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains what happens when you do, how to submit a request, and how long the process takes. Apple and Google require that this page be publicly linked. You are in the right place.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and other profile details;
- All invoices, clients, projects, tasks, and time entries in your account;
- Uploaded logos, signatures, and attachments;
- Device tokens and login sessions.
What we keep and why
We may retain a limited set of records (transaction logs, invoices we issued to you, and basic billing history) for up to 7 years where we are required to do so by EU tax and accounting law. These records are kept in a restricted archive and are not used for any other purpose.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Billr app on your phone or tablet.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm your password and tap Delete my account.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
How to delete your account by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@billr.cloud from the address associated with your account. Please include:
- The email address on your Billr account;
- The full name on your account;
- A short confirmation that you want your account and data deleted.
We may ask you to verify ownership before we process the request.
How long it takes
We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle, after which no trace of your personal data remains.
