Can I invoice a landscaping project in stages?

Yes. On the Crew, Team and Business plans each crew member tracks time on their own jobs, and the owner sees every hour and invoice.
Can clients sign a landscaping quote online?
Yes. The quote opens as a link; your client signs it online or declines it, and a signed quote becomes an invoice with one tap.
Can clients pay a landscaping invoice by card?
Connect your own Stripe account or PayPal and the invoice email gets a Pay Invoice button, so your client can pay by card or PayPal right away. Billr takes no fee on these payments; you only pay Stripe's or PayPal's own fees. On paid plans Billr can also remind clients automatically when an invoice is overdue.
